You wonder how you can still have fun in Munich during Corona Times and how to manage stressful situations? In this interactive workshop with lots of exercises, you will learn stress management strategies that you can easily implement into your everyday life. It will also help you to reach your study goals. And there is good news: there are still many things to do in Munich to enjoy your student life.
This workshop has two modules. One during the orientation weeks (09 April 2021, 10 am - 12 noon), one a week later in the first week of lectures (16 April 2021, 10 am - 12 noon).
